Cancellation Policy

1. Safety and Personal Responsibility Age Restriction: All clients utilizing Private Gym Access must be 18 years of age or older. Health Declaration: Clients must complete a health waiver prior to their first access session and must exercise within their known physical limits and current fitness level. Assumption of Risk: The client acknowledges the inherent risks of exercise and assumes full responsibility for their safety and for using equipment correctly. Access is conducted at the client's own sole risk. Role of Staff: On-site staff is present for general oversight and emergencies only, and is not obligated to provide coaching, spotting, or individualized instruction. Prohibited Use: Use of specialized Pilates apparatus (e.g., Reformers) is strictly prohibited during Private Gym Access hours. 2. Booking and Access Rules Mandatory Booking: All access times must be booked in advance. Cancellation & Rescheduling: A minimum of 24 hours' notice is mandatory to cancel or reschedule a booked access session. Failure to provide this notice forfeits the session credit/fee. Time Adherence: The client must adhere strictly to their booked time slot and vacate the premises promptly at the end of the session. Guests: Clients are permitted to bring a maximum of [Specify Number, e.g., one (1)] guest. The client is fully responsible for the conduct and safety of their guest. 3. Facility Conduct and Financial Terms Hygiene and Equipment: All equipment used must be thoroughly wiped down immediately after use and returned to its designated storage location. Commercial Use: Conducting any paid coaching or instructing is strictly prohibited. Non-Refundable: All access session purchases are non-refundable and non-transferable.
