Fitness Trainer
Emily
Emily is a passionate Pilates Instructor and Personal Trainer, dedicated to helping others move better, feel stronger, and build lasting confidence in their bodies. She completed her Pilates training in Australia and loves bringing a fresh, dynamic approach to every class and session she teaches.
In 2024, Emily graduated with First Class Honours in Sports Development and Coaching from the University of Lincoln. She deepened her knowledge of the Physiological, psychology and biomechanics of the body, while teaching participants through movement, education and positive coaching to use fitness and movement to improve overall wellbeing.
Outside of teaching, you’ll find Emily participating in fitness classes, practicing Pilates, and constantly exploring new ways to challenge and take care of my body. She believes in practicing what she preaches and loves sharing that energy with the people she teaches.
