This class is for those new to reformer or looking to refine their fundamental skills. You'll be guided through the essential principles of reformer pilates including how to safely set up and use equipment, the 5 key elements, understand correct alignment and build confidence in your movement. designed to develop a strong foundation and build confidence in your movement.

Reformer Pilates Class

Reformer Stretch

This class is a slow and mindful session designed provide you with movement and stretch utilising the reformer. designed for you to leave feeling stretched and rested.

Woman Rowing Exercise

Reformer + cardio

This class combines cardio and strength utilising both the reformer and cardio equipment. Designed to improve cardiovascular fitness and endurance.​

Woman Lifting Weights

Reformer + strength

This class utilises both the reformer and weight equipment. Designed to improve strength by applying load using a variety of equipment and training methods, keeping the workout exciting and improving overall strength. (Participant must be confident in using the reformer before booking onto this class).

Group Yoga Class

Mat Pilates

This class is a full body Mat Pilates session. Suitable for all fitness levels and designed to improve core stability, posture, and overall mobility.
